I appreciated the prior room assignment and door code sent in advance. Just walk in and sleep. Very quiet.

They never had coffee full for guests, there were literal cobwebs on the interior lights, and the staff didn't do any housekeeping for our room so we ran out of clean towels. Then when we tried to ask for more, their phone didn't connect to the lobby and there was nobody physically down in the lobby to help. The complimentary breakfast didn't have any labeling, so we had to just guess what the food was, and the selection they had was low stocked by 7am (breakfast starts at 6). The coffee not being stocked really bothered each guest, since everyone wanted coffee and no staff was there to refill it, same with anything out on the breakfast bar.
